EZYTRIM - PVC Render Beads

Active Building Systems are the proud and exclusive suppliers of Ezytrim PVC Render Beads. Ezytrim render beads provide an extensive range of 3m PVC beads for the cement rendering and wall cladding industry.
These superior render angles accommodate most situations encountered in the related industries as well as supplying capping, mesh and window/door angles for the relative sizes of the Koolwall Polystyrene Cladding System. When fixing Ezytrim PVC Render Beads, both the angle and surface to be adhered must be clean and free from dust. Using Active Building Systems Ezyprep ( see TDS ) , Ezyfix Adhesive or a similar adhesive suitable for use with the bonding surface, run a bead in a snake like pattern along the the entire adhering section of angle or bonding surface. The angle should be moved side to side to maximise the spread of the adhesive when being placed in position. In the occurrence when this is not possible, the adhesive should be spread in a manner to allow maximum adhesion to the render bead.

It is important to ensure that the adhesive used does not fill the angle perforations on the render beads. These must be kept relatively clear to allow acrylic render or cement renders to hold during the rendering application process.
